The Sales & Leasing Specialist is a high-volume, results-driven role that supports the Sales & Leasing team in achieving occupancy goals for Broadview Communities. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in lead management, appointment setting, and closing deals, and is skilled in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM (Zoho).
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable handling a high call volume daily to convert leads into leases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Lead Management & Conversion
• Manage and follow up on all inbound leads from various marketing sources.
• Handle high call volume daily, engaging with prospects, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Maintain real-time updates in Zoho CRM with accurate lead status and detailed notes.
• Ensure no leads are lost by implementing consistent follow-up strategies.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
• Schedule and confirm tours for prospective residents.
• Manage and optimize the team’s appointment calendar to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure smooth scheduling for property tours and lease signings.
• Obtain customer feedback following tours and closings.
• Reduce appointment no-shows through timely reminders and follow-ups.
3. Sales & Leasing Support
• Support the Sales & Leasing team in hitting monthly occupancy targets.
• Ensure prospects receive the correct pricing, availability, and promotional information.
• Maintain an up-to-date and well-managed online listing presence for available homes.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads.
4. KPI Tracking, Reporting & Zoho CRM Management
• Daily update and maintain Zoho CRM, ensuring pipeline accuracy and lead progression tracking.
• Monitor key sales performance metrics, including:
o Lead response time
o Call volume & conversion rates
o Appointment show rates
o Lease signings per week/month
• Generate and provide daily pipeline and performance reports to the COO.
• Continuously improve the lead management process to maximize efficiency and conversions.
5. Customer Relations & Communication
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage outbound and inbound communications via calls,
• Address inquiries about application requirements, lease terms, and move-in processes.
• Follow up with prospective residents who have expressed interest but have not yet committed.
6. Additional Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day operations as needed, including:
o Collection Calls – Assist in following up with residents regarding rent payments.
o Lease Document Processing – Support lease preparation and execution.
o Service Issues Support – Help coordinate maintenance and service requests.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the COO.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelors Degree.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, leasing, customer service, or a high-call-volume environment.
• Skills & Knowledge:
o Proven ability to handle high call volumes daily while maintaining quality service.
o Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into signed leases.
o Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar lead management tools.
o Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. English level C2
o Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
o Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
o Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
Contract Position Details
• Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time
• Location: 100% Remote (Based in the Philippines)
• Schedule:
o Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
o Occasional Saturdays as needed
• Compensation: Competitive contract-based pay (details to be discussed during hiring)
