Architectural Archi CAD Designer (UK Based)

At Elk Architecture Ltd we are a growing architectural practice based in the UK, specialising in Residential, Commercial & Domestic projects. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled freelance architect with strong expertise in ArchiCAD to support our projects remotely.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Work on architectural designs, drafting, and 3D modelling using ArchiCAD.
• Collaborate with our team to produce technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Assist in concept development, design iterations, and detailing.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations (guidance can be provided).
• Maintain efficient communication and timely project delivery.

Requirements
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (3+ years of experience preferred).
• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in residential/commercial projects (UK experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with UK building regulations is a bonus but not essential.
