We are looking for a Social Media Assistant! The primary purpose of the role is outreach, driving user generated content acquisition, affiliate recruitment, and social media marketing support. This role offers real growth potential.

This full time, remote role is part of a small intimate team and offers career advancement opportunities as we grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) UGC (User Generated Content) Creator Outreach (50 Percent)

- Identify and reach out to fitness, health, lifestyle creators to generate UGC (Emphasis on gift only).
- Identify and reach out to micro influencers and personal brands to generate UGC (Emphasis on gift only).
- Gift Only Collaborations with an initial target of 50 packs. Negotiate content usage rights.
- Organize and track UGC collaborations, ensuring quality content for paid and organic marketing.
- Assist in script writing, specifically the "hook" at start of video and key messaging.

2) Affiliate Recruitment (30 percent)

- Recruit affiliates with an audience that aligns with our brand. Including Health, Fitness, Wellness and Personal Brands.
- Communicate commission structures, track affiliate performance and onboard via affiliate dashboard.
- Provide marketing materials and product education to maximize affiliate sales.

3) General Digital Marketing Support (20 percent)

- Basic video editing for UGC, social media, and promotional content.
- Basic content creation for social media, website assets, and email campaigns.
- Ad hoc marketing tasks to support brand growth

WHO YOU ARE

- Effective in cold messaging, skilled at writing compelling outreach messages - with great English.
- Experience in digital outreach on social media preferred, but not essential if english is good.
- Proactive, trustworthy and results driven.
- A passion for health and wellness is a plus.
- Organized and a good communicator

WHAT WE OFFER

- Base salary of up to 4 USD per hour (negotiable depending on experience and value).
