We are a U.S. based company. We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to help maintain and enhance our existing websites. This is a part-time, flexible role (5-10 hours per week), perfect for someone with strong design sensibilities and technical skills. You should be proficient in DIVI and X theme, comfortable making both design and functional improvements, and have an excellent eye for user interface (UI) design.
Responsibilities
Make updates and improvements to existing WordPress websites.
Ensure all changes align with best UI/UX practices and modern design standards.
Troubleshoot and fix WordPress issues (styling, performance, responsiveness, etc.).
Customize themes and templates within DIVI and X theme to match branding needs.
Optimize page speed and mobile responsiveness.
Implement new features and plugins as needed.
Maintain a consistent design aesthetic across all pages.
Requirements
Proven experience with WordPress development (must be comfortable with DIVI and X theme).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
A strong eye for design and user experience.
Ability to showcase good UI/UX design skills through a portfolio or live websites.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Experience with basic SEO best practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
