JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our staffing agency team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in initiating contact with potential clients and candidates to generate business opportunities and help expand our talent pool. As a Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to engage in outbound calls to introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up appointments for our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to potential clients and candidates, introducing our staffing services and building relationships.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted calling, helping to expand the agency’s client base and candidate pool.
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand and document client staffing needs, creating a tailored approach to suggest appropriate solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients or candidates and the recruitment team to discuss further staffing needs.
- Follow-Up: Track all communication and ensure follow-up actions are timely and efficient.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in the staffing industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and candidates effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of staffing agency services and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
