Marketing/SDR Assistant Key Responsibilities

Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation
• Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
• Support website optimization efforts, including A/B testing, lead magnet creation, and SEO performance monitoring.
• Oversee email nurture flows and automation to engage inbound leads effectively.
• Maintain and update social media content calendars for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.

Outbound Marketing & Acquisition
• Help scale outbound email outreach efforts, managing multiple outbound email accounts.
• Assist in prospecting and follow-up strategies, including personalized email campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of outbound messaging to optimize response rates.
• Monitor email deliverability and ensure proper warm-up processes for new email accounts.

Content Creation & Brand Growth
• Support the development of industry-specific templates, guides, and reports to attract leads.
• Assist with blog writing, white papers, and SEO-driven content updates.
• Manage testimonial and case study production, including video and blog write-ups.
• Create and refine visual assets using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.

Software skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager, Webflow, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Salesforce.
• Experience with outbound email marketing platforms (e.g., Breakcold) is a plus.
• Proficiency in copywriting, content creation, and social media management, adobe premier is what we use.

Recurring Tasks for the Position

Inbound Acquisition (Lead Generation & Nurturing)
• Monitor and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram)
• Update website content with new resources, blog posts, and lead magnets (e.g., restaurant guides).
• Track and improve SEO performance by refining website copy based on keyword trends.
• Manage and schedule social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube demos) on a semi-monthly cycle
• Track A/B testing for website copy, visuals, and conversion elements.
• Oversee automated email nurture flows for new inbound leads, ensuring proper follow-ups.
• Analyze inbound marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Outbound Acquisition (Prospecting & Outreach)
• Manage and scale outbound email campaigns, ensuring 1,000+ emails are sent per day.
• Warm up new email accounts using Breakcold to improve deliverability.
• Conduct A/B testing on outbound messaging to refine outreach scripts.
• Send personalized follow-up emails with free reports (via SlideSpeak) for higher engagement.
• Monitor email response rates and suggest improvements based on performance trends.

Content Creation (Brand Awareness & Engagement)
• Publish one blog post per week, ensuring alignment with SEO and industry trends.
• Create and distribute industry-specific templates (e.g., restaurant guides) to drive lead generation.
• Develop and update white papers for website resources.
• Manage testimonials and case studies, producing one per month (video, blog write-up, and web quote).
• Design and edit graphics for marketing materials using Canva and Photoshop.
• Maintain and refine automated email sequences for users downloading templates or engaging with content.
