Position: UX Writer & Content Designer
Location: Remote (Australian-based) - work in AEST/AEDT timezone

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered content strategies.
- Conduct research to inform content decisions and ensure alignment with user needs.
- Ability to lead a video call/meeting in discussion of content strategy in relation to the client's business goals and website UX
- Create and maintain content guidelines
- Communicate and showcase content strategy to clients via deliverables such as wireframes or explainer videos for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to conduct research and apply findings to content strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with content management systems, AI assistants, asset/photo editing and design tools is a plus.
