Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production
- Craft attention-grabbing intros and engaging edits to maximize thumbstop and watch rates.
- Continuously refine and update video creatives based on performance data.
Graphic Design
- Design conversion-focused visuals for META ads and eye-catching graphics for
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all channels.
Ad Performance & Optimization
- Analyze campaign metrics (thumbstop rate, watch rate, CTR, CPA) and rapidly iterate on ads for better results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run split tests and identify winning creatives.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to align creative goals with overall business strategy.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining a high output of fresh concepts.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- 2+ years of experience in direct response or performance marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of gaming and consumer electronics trends.
Analytics & Optimization
- Familiarity with META ad metrics and strategies to improve conversions.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly on creative assets.
