JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Video Editor & Graphic Designer to produce engaging ads and email graphics for our gaming and consumer tech brands. You’ll be responsible for churning out multiple creatives, monitoring crucial metrics (thumbstop rate, watch rate, CTR, etc.), and iterating quickly to boost ad performance on META platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

- Craft attention-grabbing intros and engaging edits to maximize thumbstop and watch rates.

- Continuously refine and update video creatives based on performance data.

Graphic Design

- Design conversion-focused visuals for META ads and eye-catching graphics for email campaigns.

- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all channels.

Ad Performance & Optimization

- Analyze campaign metrics (thumbstop rate, watch rate, CTR, CPA) and rapidly iterate on ads for better results.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to run split tests and identify winning creatives.

Collaboration & Workflow

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to align creative goals with overall business strategy.

- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining a high output of fresh concepts.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- 2+ years of experience in direct response or performance marketing environments.

- Strong understanding of gaming and consumer electronics trends.

Analytics & Optimization

- Familiarity with META ad metrics and strategies to improve conversions.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly on creative assets.
