About Us
A to Z Wealth for Life is an Australian-based wealth management firm providing investment, insurance, and strategic financial planning services. We cater to high-net-worth clients and investors, offering expert strategies to achieve financial success.

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant who has previously worked with an Australian Financial or Wealth Management firm. The ideal candidate should have strong financial planning knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and proficiency with financial software tools.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support
- Handle client inquiries related to financial planning, investment strategies, and insurance policies
- Respond to emails, schedule client meetings, and follow up on financial plans
- Assist in preparing Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and Ongoing Service Agreements (OSA)
- Support the onboarding of new clients by collecting financial information and ensuring all documentation is accurate

Financial Strategy & Investment Support
- Assist in preparing financial strategy documents and investment reports
- Support with Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) administration (Highly Desirable)
- Help analyze investment performance and prepare client reports
- Conduct research to support financial planning recommendations

Insurance & Risk Research
- Prepare insurance quotes using Omnium Risk Research (Highly Desirable)
- Assist in comparing and recommending insurance solutions tailored to client needs

Financial Software & CRM Management
- Maintain and update client records in Wealthbox & PreciseFP (Required)
- Assist with financial modeling and scenario planning using Voyant (Highly Desirable)
- Experience with Fiducian Investment Platform is a major plus
- Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and document storage policies

AI & Automation in Financial Services
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance financial planning workflows (Favorable)
- Assist in automating repetitive financial tasks and improving client experience through AI-based solutions

Requirements – Must Have
- Experience working with an Australian Financial / Wealth Management firm
- Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and financial planning strategies
- Experience using Wealthbox & PreciseFP
- Excellent client communication skills – ability to handle financial planning queries professionally
- High attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately
- Ability to prepare FDS and Ongoing Service Agreements (OSA)
- Familiarity with insurance quoting and risk research tools

Highly Desirable
- Knowledge and experience with Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF)
- Proficiency in Omnium Risk Research for preparing insurance quotes
- Experience using Voyant financial planning software
- Familiarity with Fiducian Investment Platform (major plus)
- AI experience in financial services for workflow automation and client management
