Property Recruitment
Use Zillow and other real estate platforms to identify potential properties for Airbnb management.
Research contact details of property owners or their agents and initiate outreach (phone calls,
Sales & Relationship Building
Cold call and
Pitch The Porter Hurt Collective’s offerings persuasively and negotiate management agreements.
Administrative Support
Manage Gmail inboxes and Google Calendar to schedule meetings, property viewings, and client follow-ups.
Track outreach progress and maintain an organized database of leads and prospects.
Customer Service & Communication
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from property owners and potential clients.
Provide accurate information about our services, fees, and benefits to address any questions or concerns.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with our management team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
Provide regular reports on outreach activities, conversions, and challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience in Short-Term Rentals/Airbnb: Demonstrated knowledge of the Airbnb platform, short-term rental market, or property management.
Real Estate Familiarity: Comfort navigating Zillow (or similar platforms) to identify property leads.
Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to cold call, negotiate, and close deals; enthusiastic about achieving targets.
Customer Service & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; courteous, friendly, and efficient.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, and basic spreadsheet or CRM tools.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Problem-Solving Ability: Adaptable, resourceful, and creative when it comes to finding contact information and approaching property owners.
