We are a dynamic agency managing multiple companies and client projects. We are seeking a highly skilled GHL (Go High Level) Expert to join our team and support our client campaigns with seamless integrations, efficient workflows, and robust pipeline management.

Job Description:
As our GHL Expert, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our marketing automation systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our clients’ campaigns by ensuring that all integrations, workflows, emails, A2P messaging, and pipeline processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Integrations:
Set up and manage calendar integrations ensuring seamless scheduling and appointment management across client accounts.

Workflow Automation:
Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve client engagement.


Email & A2P Messaging:
Configure and manage email marketing campaigns and A2P messaging setups to drive client communications effectively.

Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain sales and marketing pipelines that support client objectives and optimize conversions.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide expert support to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and continuously improve our systems.

Requirements:
Expertise in GHL/Go High Level:
Demonstrated experience in using GHL for calendar integrations, workflows, email setups, A2P messaging, and pipeline management.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong technical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot integrations and automation systems.

Communication Skills:
Must possess perfect English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Availability:
Must be able to work part-time during 9 AM–5 PM EST or at least in the AM EST for part time.

Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
