We’re looking for a Sales & Funnel Strategist to help us turn interest into enrollment and engagement into revenue.
About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales & Funnel Strategist to develop and optimize our online sales strategy. This role requires expertise in lead acquisition, funnel creation, and conversion strategies to drive enrollment for our programs and increase revenue. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, nurture, and convert leads through
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement high-converting sales funnels for online programs and services.
• Optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase using strategic lead nurturing and conversion tactics.
• Create and execute lead generation strategies that drive high-quality prospects into our ecosystem.
• Build funnel pages (landing pages, opt-ins, checkout flows) and collaborate with designers for visual enhancements.
• Develop
• Analyze funnel performance, track key metrics, and continuously optimize for higher conversions.
• Work closely with our marketing team to align messaging, offers, and campaign rollouts.
• Oversee or collaborate on paid ad strategies
• Bring innovative ideas to the table for new ways to engage, educate, and convert potential students.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales funnel strategy, online marketing, and lead conversion.
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and customer journey mapping.
• Experience building funnels using tools like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills for sales pages,
• Ability to analyze funnel performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Knowledge of
• Familiarity with paid advertising strategies and best practices for driving traffic into funnels.
• Strategic thinker who can bring creative solutions to increase revenue and engagement.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the beauty, coaching, or online education industries.
• Hands-on experience managing
• Basic design skills to edit or tweak landing pages if needed.
