Immediate Needs - Assist in the onboarding process for 2 businesses. We typically onboard 80-100 employees between February and September. Onboarding process includes but is not limited to sending new employees emails, collecting tax documents, I9, & send employee onboarding documents.
Ongoing - Keep an eye on each employee during the onboarding process & request they finish their tasks if necessary. Keep track of your tasks within the Project Management system Asana. You will also assist in making sure all existing employees have all records up to date/documents needed.
We have a fun corporate culture. Our companies are all tourist based on a resort island in the United States. We do dolphin cruises aboard many vessels, kayak tours, jet ski tours & also operate pirate ships that take kids on the water for an interactive experience.
