WestPro is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media platforms by producing, scheduling, posting, engaging, and analyzing content to boost brand awareness and audience engagement. This role ensures consistent branding and voice across platforms and leverages tools, trends, and strategies to optimize performance.

Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities:
The Social Media Coordinator will maintain WestPro’s social content calendar. They will follow our established process and use Loomly to streamline scheduling and planning across platforms. The coordinator will also ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, including, compelling captions, scheduling posts, analyzing content performance, and developing relevant visual content.

We’ll provide training on our brand, processes, and industry so you can fully embrace WestPro’s vision and work with us to achieve our marketing goals.

Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain WestPro’s social media content calendar on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, GMB, Nextdoor, TikTok, and Yelp.
- Write clear, engaging, and conversational copy tailored to each platform.
- Schedule, post, and analyze social media content to optimize engagement and brand awareness.
- Provide monthly performance reports, using insights from social platforms to refine strategy.
- Create visually compelling content for social media needs using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Edit photo and video content to develop unique, engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Thoughtfully interact with, comment on, tag, and engage with brand partners, local businesses, and community pages to foster collaboration and visibility.
- Ensure all content aligns with WestPro’s brand and messaging, meeting deadlines with high-quality execution.
