Job Posting: Virtual Assistant – Human Resources Manager (Philippines, Remote)
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant – Human Resources Manager based in the Philippines to oversee HR functions for our multiple US-based companies. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance in the entire hiring and exit process, develop onboarding workflows and materials, and implement HR software and systems to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring compliance with HR laws and protocols.
• Develop and implement onboarding workflows, training materials, and HR policies.
• Ensure smooth offboarding and exit procedures for employees.
• Manage HR software and systems to streamline hiring, documentation, and compliance.
• Respond to all employee inquiries related to HR matters.
• Maintain HR functions across multiple companies, ensuring all roles and duties are properly managed.
• Provide regular reports and updates on HR processes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale and grow the companies through effective HR strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Human Resources Management (preferably in a remote setting).
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, onboarding processes, and compliance protocols.
• Experience in creating workflows, training materials, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
• Ability to handle multiple companies and manage different HR responsibilities effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and improve HR processes.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset to help scale our companies.
Requirements for Application:

• Valid government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Philippine National ID, Driver’s License, SSS UMID).
• Tax Identification Number (TIN).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or Barangay Clearance).
• NBI Clearance (for background verification).
• PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG numbers (if applicable).
• Copy of diploma or transcript of records
