Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead and execute PMG360’s overall marketing strategy. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth through innovative digital marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. In addition to overseeing PMG360's marketing efforts, the Marketing Director will advise on customer projects, providing expert guidance on digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance optimization. The Marketing Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, sales, and technology, to enhance the company’s market positioning and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on customer projects, providing strategic marketing insights and recommendations.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of PMG360’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals in executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, social media,
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue growth objectives.
• Optimize the company’s website, content marketing, and SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and engagement.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting to maximize ROI.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and social media posts, to position PMG360 as a thought leader in the industry.
• Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify new marketing trends, tools, and opportunities to enhance brand positioning and audience growth.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and event organizers.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar leadership role in a B2B or media company.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices in B2B media and marketing services.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
