URGENT**
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Account Warming Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing multiple Google Ads accounts, with a particular focus on developing and executing initial "warming" campaigns. Your goal will be to ensure accounts are set up properly, gradually ramping up performance to ensure optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and set up multiple Google Ads accounts for clients or internal teams.
Develop and execute warming campaigns, focusing on safely and efficiently scaling campaigns while building trust with Google Ads.
Monitor account performance during the initial phase, adjusting strategies to avoid account flagging or suspension.
Implement Google Ads best practices for ad creation, targeting, and bidding strategies during the warming process.
Analyze and optimize account performance to ensure gradual growth and successful campaign launches.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of Google Ads efforts within broader strategies.
Keep up-to-date with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices to ensure the best results.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing multiple Google Ads accounts, particularly with warming campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads policies and the account setup process.
