Remote HR Generalist

Extenteam is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote HR Generalist to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships with our team members and ensuring they feel supported, valued, and engaged.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct monthly catch up calls with team members, checking in on their work experience, addressing concerns, and providing guidance where needed.
- Provide coaching and guidance when needed to help team members succeed.
- Conduct exit interviews and offboarding processes when necessary.
- Assist in rolling out HR policies and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Oversee performance reviews for assigned team members.
- Manage updates and changes to team members’ benefit programs.
- Handle HR admin tasks such as tracking files, payroll advisories, and official documents like COEs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital HR records.
- Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and connected work environment.

Skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a remote work setup.
- Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and benefits administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with team members across different backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using HR software, spreadsheets, and digital record-keeping tools.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work the night shift and render over time hours, as needed
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps
- i5 8th Gen or higher
- Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
