We're rapidly expanding and we're looking for a cold caller/inside sales agent to join our growing team. You must be a results-driven sales agent ready to step into a challenging and fun environment full of competition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls daily to generate new leads, appointments, and live transfers for our Loan Officers within the GoHighLevel platform.
- Lead Qualification: Follow scripts and guidelines to engage potential customers, identify their needs, and determine qualification for mortgage loan programs.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for qualified leads and maintain a calendar of appointments to ensure timely follow-up.
- Live Transfers: Transfer live calls to Loan Officers once the lead is deemed qualified and interested in proceeding.
- Follow-Up Management: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who are not immediately interested or need more information, keeping detailed records in GoHighLevel.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the rest of the cold calling team, Loan Officers, and management to ensure seamless handover of leads and information.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and goals related to call volume, appointments set, and live transfers.
- Continuous Improvement: Attend regular coaching sessions, training, and team meetings. Stay updated on mortgage industry insights and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold call prospecting.
- At least 1 year of experience cold calling for mortgage-related services or Loan Officers.
- Language Skills: Fluent English with minimal accent to engage effectively with U.S.-based clients.
- Technical Requirements: Stable, high-speed internet connection and reliable computer hardware.
- Sales-Minded: Passionate about closing deals, setting appointments, and driving revenue.
- Solution-Oriented: Able to listen to potential clients’ needs and offer relevant mortgage solutions.
- Positive Attitude: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to maintain high energy throughout the day.
- Coachability: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to adjust methods to improve outcomes.
- Team Player: Comfortable working as part of a remote team, sharing best practices, and contributing to a collaborative environment.
