We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who excels at identifying potential clients and creating opportunities for business growth. This is a full-time role that requires working during EST hours (8 AM - 5 PM EST).

Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving new business by researching, identifying, and nurturing potential leads. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and highly skilled in outreach strategies such as LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and CRM management. While training will be provided, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with prospects. Some tasks will require 24-hour turnaround times, so strong time management is essential.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients who align with our financial services.

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.

Develop and execute targeted campaigns to engage and nurture leads.

Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

Meet 24-hour deadlines on time-sensitive outreach tasks.

Track and report on key lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

Build relationships with potential clients through consistent and professional communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.

Strong research skills to identify high-quality leads.

Proficiency in CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar) and lead tracking systems.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and other outreach tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Strong time management skills, especially for tasks with 24-hour turnaround times.

Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
