JOB OVERVIEW

Our mission is to use technology to make property maintenance transparent, fast, and affordable.

We are looking for a remote Finance Assistant to join our small friendly team. We currently have a team of 10 staff based remotely across the Philippines. We are looking for a long-term staff member who wants to take ownership of our finance function.

What will you be doing?

- Bookkeeping duties to keep track of incoming and outgoing payments in Xero
- Reviewing VAT returns before submission
- Checking, uploading supplier invoices to Xero & setting up payments for approval
- Credit control, chasing clients for overdue invoices
- Answering customer invoice queries via email and phone
- Liaising with our operations team to correct discrepancies
- Creating & sending client account statements
-Providing financial reports

So what are you like?

- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience working with a UK client previously
- Excellent knowledge & experience using Xero
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of communication skills
- Available full-time (5 days per week)

We Offer

1. $6 per hour
2. $150 quarterly performance bonus
3. 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
4. Shift is 9am - 6pm UK Time
