Construction/Signage Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Take-off / Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects involving signage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation and take-off.
- 1-2 years of experience working with a US-based company.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in estimates.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations based on project specifications.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and bid documents to determine material and labor costs.
- Coordinate with supervisor/company owner to refine estimates.
