Video Editor

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Video Editor based in the Philippines or the Southeast Asia region to join our small team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role involves editing videos with multiple sound and audio inputs filmed in dynamic home settings such as a kitchen, dining room, or garden with multiple guests.

Responsibilities:
• Edit long and short videos to a high standard.
• Incorporate multiple audio and sound inputs.
• Ensure clear cuts, smooth transitions, and high-quality video and audio output.
• Collaborate to align editing style with brand vision and storytelling goals.
• Organize and manage video files efficiently on Google Drive.
• Meet deadlines and communicate regularly.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in advanced video editing software.
• At least 1 year of professional video editing experience.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle complex audio and video integration.
• A recognized certification in video editing.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Valid references with contact details from previous employers.
• Based in the Philippines or the Southeast Asia region.

Working Arrangement:
• Contract-based Flexible hours (no set schedule or full workdays).
• Remote work with file sharing via Google Drive.
• Remuneration between $5-$9/hr depending on experience.
• Caring, dedicated work environment.
