Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in efficiently listing and managing land properties, ensuring quick sales processes, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in all transactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate drone photography for land properties.
- List properties for sale on MLS, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and auction platforms.
- Contact neighbors and realtors to generate interest and sales leads.
- Manage all communications with potential buyers and real estate professionals.
- Ensure rapid listing and management of properties, adhering to the team's high standards of performance.
- Be an integral part of our team culture, sharing personal stories and participating actively in team dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Experience in real estate, marketing, or sales is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Can-do attitude and a strong team player.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive starting hourly rate of $4-5 per hour.
- Generous profit-sharing plan offering 3.5% of net profits paid quarterly, potentially exceeding regular pay based on company performance.
- Opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
