Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with a strong focus on paid media to join our team. This role is crucial in bringing our brand vision to life across various touchpoints, with a particular emphasis on creating visually compelling and high-performing digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and collaborative, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute eye-catching, conversion-focused ads for platforms like
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency with the company’s voice, style, and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to create ads optimized for click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversions.
- Adapt and optimize designs for various formats and platforms, including video ads, static images, gifs, and carousel ads.
- Work with the marketing team to develop multiple ad variations for A/B testing, analyze performance data, and refine designs to improve effectiveness.
- Partner with the Performance, Marketing, and Creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling assets.
- Create assets for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and sales campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices for digital advertising to ensure innovative ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the Lead Brand Designer to elevate the ad library, focusing on motion graphics.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and able to work North American Time Zone hours.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing digital ad creatives (experience in DTC, intimates, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is required.
- Understanding of growth marketing, performance metrics, and the role of design in driving conversions.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret ad performance data and adjust designs for optimal results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment while meeting deadlines and campaign goals.
