Content Quality Specialist

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Reports to: Leads Supervisor
Location: Remote
Compensation: $7 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (includes 1-hour lunch break)
Hours per week: 40hrs

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of social media content by conducting thorough reviews and audits. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying scheduled posts, maintaining consistency with brand standards, and identifying any discrepancies or errors. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the overall quality and reliability of our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
-Review daily schedules to ensure posts are accurate, correctly tagged, and posted on time.
-Monitor and report discrepancies or errors to the Marketing Lead.
-Conduct regular audits of content to identify non-related material and maintain content relevance.
-Collaborate with team members to improve QA processes and enhance efficiency.
-Maintain accurate records by meticulously organizing data and schedules.

Qualifications:
-Experience in quality assurance or content management, with a strong eye for detail.
-Familiarity with web-based tools such as Notion, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
-Excellent communication skills, particularly via remote platforms.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
