Virtual Assistant for Travel Vlogging Business

I’m a travel vlogger (Travel For Phoebe) running my business solo, and I need a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help me manage daily tasks, grow my audience, and increase revenue.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info
- Promoting digital products
- Reply to comments and engage with followers to boost community growth
- Use CapCut to edit simple short-form videos

2. Website & Travel Blog Management
- Write and publish SEO-friendly travel blog posts (WordPress using Elementor)
- Loading digital products onto the website
- Managing an email list and developing a travel-themed newsletter
- Embed affiliate links to generate passive income
- Keep the website updated with fresh, engaging content

3. Patreon & Revenue Growth
- Start and manage Patreon account (tiers, perks, exclusive content)
- Develop creative strategies to attract and retain members
(Note: you won't be responsible for editing this content)

4. Additional Tasks may include
- Help design and market merchandise (branding, store setup, promotions)
- Manage my Byrdli account and optimize for growth
- Basic Admin Support

What I’m Looking For:
- Fluent in written & spoken English (great communicator)
- Experience managing Instagram & TikTok (posting, engagement, trends)
- Strong writing skills and experience with SEO (blogging, keyword research)
- Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing (adding links, monetization strategies)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Positive, happy, upbeat, and hardworking

If you have experience with WordPress and Elementor, please include this on your application as it is preferred.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
Experience managing Patreon
Graphic design or video editing skills for social media content
Experience designing and selling merchandise
Background in digital marketing or online business growth
