Part-time Marketing Assistants

Role: Part-time, 14 hours per week

We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to support our client, a Business Advisory company in executing key marketing initiatives. This role offers a chance to work with a reputable organisation focused on business coaching and development while leveraging your marketing expertise to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management (Pipedrive):

Add all clients, BNI members, and business cards into Pipedrive.
Maintain and organise Pipedrive, ensuring all data is up to date and accurate.
Fix and optimise email templates within Pipedrive.

Email Marketing (EDMs):
Create monthly EDM campaigns in MailChimp for existing, new, and potential leads.
Send networking invitations for sample boards via Pipedrive.
Follow up with BNI visitors and send personalised invites.

Networking & Events:

Manage LinkedIn connections and send tailored two-step messages.
Set up and manage Eventbrite events for sample meetings.
Send BNI president letters to chapter leaders.
Prepare and post invitations to accelerator boards on community pages.

Content Creation:

Create and manage social media reels and stories.
Write LinkedIn articles, blogs, and social media posts sourced from TAB content.

Administrative Support:

Follow up on open moves lists fortnightly and send meeting invites.
Update notes in TAB Connect.
Collect and manage testimonials from clients.
Communicate and manage meeting changes effectively.

Website Management:

Regularly update and maintain the client’s website.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred).
Proficiency in email marketing platforms like MailChimp.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Creativity and initiative to improve processes and create engaging content.
