JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a fast, efficient, and detail-oriented individual for our COD ecommerce stores. This role focuses on customer support, inventory management, and social media reputation control to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.

If you work quickly without compromising quality and don’t drag tasks unnecessarily, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities
1) Order Fulfillment for Cash on delivery store
? Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
? Create templates for commonly asked questions
? Identify and cancel fraudulent orders
? Verify shipping addresses for accuracy

2) Analytics & Inventory Management
???? Analyze orders to identify causes of failed deliveries
???? Recommend actionable steps to reduce failed deliveries
???? Forecast inventory needs based on sales data and suggest restocking amounts

3) Social Media Reputation Management
???? Monitor & manage comments on Facebook to maintain a positive brand image
???? Remove negative comments tactfully
???? Reply to inquiries and post positive interactions when appropriate

Work Schedule
???? Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Philippines Time), 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday
???? Days: Monday to Saturday
???? Break: One-hour lunch

Salary & Requirements
???? Salary: $800 USD/month and $1000 USD/month after 2 months probation
???? Performance Bonus: +$200++ USD/month if all KPIs are met and business metrics has improved under your care

? Highly detail-oriented and organized
? Problem-solver who uses data-driven insights
? Works fast & efficiently—no dragging tasks!
? Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or social media is a plus
? Must log in to a time tracker during work hours
