JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to give the opportunity for a virtual assistant to become a Maintenance Coordinator. Our company is located in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, United States. We manage short term rentals and monthly rentals for our clients to achieve the maximum amount of profit on their investment.

Position will be part-time for a week or two for training then will quickly become a full time position.

Schedule:
8 AM - 5 PM PST Monday - Friday
2 days off a week (1 weekend and 1 weekday)

Responsibilities include:
Maintenance Management
Hire, schedule, and manage contractors, gardeners, handyman, inspectors, and any other vendors.
Research & solve maintenance problems
Review inspection photos
Find maintenance / guest feedback related materials or items
Solve guest feedback problems
Schedule quality assurance inspectors to homes and compile their reports.
Create scopes of work & budgets
Obtain multiple bids and negotiate with vendors
Record keeping of invoices, expenses, & vendor payments
Record keeping of all maintenance issues
Monitor maintenance of all properties
Project Manage maintenance and inspections every week
Listing Management
Misc listing management tasks
Other Admin Tasks
Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks as required.
Research and due diligence on topics relating to the business and create short reports to present to owners.

Desire to grow with a growing start up company.

Education and Experience
A minimum of a College Degree
2 years of Maintenance or Construction Coordination Experience
2 years of Virtual Assistant or Work from Home Experience
