The successful candidate is tasked with converting inbound and outbound calls into scheduled bookings. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
Determining basic client needs via phone.
Ability to probe for information and determine client needs.
Handling Inbound and Outbound phone calls and contributing the following:
Learning phone scripts; Following up through phone calls; Adhering to call quality standards; Successfully live transferring hot leads to clients.
Learning in-house customer management systems (in-house training provided)
Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information and forwarding requests to the appropriate party.
Maintaining customer service database by entering data/information.
Participating in weekly tea
Updating personal knowledge base by participating in sales and educational opportunities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
Live Chat Support with the clients
Cold-call prospects, qualifying leads, and setting meetings with Admin Sales Assistants
Generate leads, and develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential
What you need to land the position:
At least 12 months corporate inbound/outbound BPO sales experience
Must have attended 2 years of college or university (if you are below educational requirement but have strong sales background, you are HIGHLY ENCOURAGE to apply)
Good sense of urgency - should you pass initial assessment; you are expected to comply and respond on a timely manner as you progress to the next steps.
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work onsite
