We are now looking for a Senior Operations Manager or Team Leader to oversee and lead our remote team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strategic alignment, and the successful delivery of projects. This role is ideal for an experienced online business manager (OBM) or senior team leader who excels at managing people, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, digital-first business.

This is a key leadership position where you’ll be the main point of contact for all our contractors and VAs in the Philippines, managing workloads, ensuring deadlines are met, and working closely with the CEO on strategy, resourcing, and budgets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Team leadership & management – oversee all remote staff, ensuring deliverables are met and performance is optimised.
- Single point of contact – act as the bridge between the CEO and the wider team, streamlining communication and execution.
- Project management – ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.
- Resourcing & capacity planning – allocate tasks effectively, balancing workloads across team members.
- Strategic execution – work closely with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives and drive company growth.
- Process improvement – optimise workflows, introduce efficiencies, and improve internal processes.
- Budget & operational planning – manage costs, monitor contractor hours, and ensure spending aligns with business needs.
- Multi-department oversight – coordinate across content production, partnerships, marketing, and community engagement.
- Problem-solving & decision-making – proactively address roadblocks, risks, and operational challenges.
- Performance tracking & reporting – monitor KPIs, provide insights to the CEO, and ensure team success.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in online business management, operations, or team leadership.
- Strong remote team management skills – experience leading virtual teams and working across multiple priorities.
- Excellent organisational and strategic thinking abilities – able to plan, prioritise, and execute effectively.
- Confident decision-maker – able to assess situations quickly and provide solutions.
- Experience working with budgets, resourcing, and financial planning.
- Strong communication skills – able to liaise effectively with the CEO and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable – experience with project management tools, CRMs, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Experience in healthcare, media, or tech industries is a bonus, but not essential.

Job Details
- Full-time role – work remotely but be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM AEDT (Sydney time).
- Reports directly to the CEO.
