About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled digital product designer who specializes in creating fully custom, high-quality, and visually appealing digital products from scratch. This role involves building functional spreadsheet templates (Google Sheets & Excel) with advanced automation and formulas as well as designing professional digital templates, printables, and planners using Canva.

Everything created in this role must be original, built from the ground up, and tailored for maximum usability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
? Develop Custom Spreadsheet Templates (Google Sheets & Excel)

Design and build from scratch functional & automated spreadsheet templates for financial tracking, budgeting, inventory management, habit tracking, project planning, and more.
Implement advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and macros (if needed) to optimize usability.
Ensure full compatibility and seamless user experience across both Google Sheets & Excel.
? Create High-Quality Digital Templates & Printables (Canva)

Design unique, professional, and user-friendly digital planners, trackers, worksheets, and templates.
Focus on aesthetic appeal, organization, and ease of use for different industries and purposes.
Ensure all designs are 100% custom-built and not based on pre-existing templates.
Export files in the proper formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, or editable Canva links).
? Enhance Usability & Functionality

Improve template usability with intuitive layouts, automation, and user-friendly navigation.
Implement interactive features in spreadsheets where applicable.
Ensure templates are easy to use for individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
? Deliver High-Quality, Original Work

Every product must be custom-designed from the ground up—no copying or modifying existing templates.
Incorporate original branding elements, clean layouts, and professional formatting.
Ensure final files are well-organized, labeled, and ready for immediate use by customers.
Requirements:
???? Expert in Google Sheets & Excel: Strong grasp of formulas, formatting, data visualization, and automation.
???? Highly Skilled in Canva: Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing templates from scratch.
???? Creativity & Attention to Detail: Must produce high-quality, original work that outperforms generic pre-made templates.
???? Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to structure and format products professionally.
???? Self-Motivated & Proactive: Capable of researching trends and proposing new, in-demand product ideas.
???? Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):

Experience with Google Apps Script or Excel VBA for advanced automation.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for digital templates.
