***THE NURSE NEEDS TO BE LICENSED IN EITHER SOUTH CAROLINA OR ALABAMA

We are seeking a licensed nurse in the Philippines to join our customer support and enablement team for a US-based healthcare client. As a Customer Support & Enablement Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless support, issue resolution, and onboarding assistance. Your clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses through phone, email, and chat support.
Assist patients and healthcare professionals in navigating services, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving concerns.
Respond to clinical questions or escalate medical concerns as necessary to appropriate internal teams.

2. Enablement and Onboarding:

Guide healthcare providers and patients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to access and use the platform effectively.
Deliver step-by-step support on system setup, scheduling, data entry, and use of platform features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and ensure user satisfaction.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using CRM tools.
Provide feedback to improve knowledge base articles, training materials, and FAQs to reduce common support inquiries.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy and data security standards.
Conduct follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
Must be a licensed nurse (Philippines) with a valid PRC license.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, clinical, or patient coordination role.
Experience in US-based healthcare systems or working with US clients is a plus.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient records, and clinical workflows.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) or support ticketing systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and other US healthcare regulations.
Technical proficiency in using healthcare software or patient portals.
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
