Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to help generate qualified leads and increase leases/reservations. Your expertise in social media marketing will play a crucial role in growing our online presence and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to generate leads for rental properties and short-term stays.
Manage and optimize listings on Airbnb and other rental platforms.
Utilize Appfolio and Guesty to streamline property management tasks.
Engage with potential tenants and guests through social media, responding to inquiries and nurturing leads.
Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, and campaigns, to increase engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze social media performance to improve strategies and maximize results.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing for rental properties and Airbnb within the US market.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized, problem solver, and creative thinker.

Working Hours:
Full-time: 9 AM - 6 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)
