JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Customer Communications & Email Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute our customer email communications. This role is key in ensuring timely, engaging, and accurate messages are sent to our valued customers, enhancing their experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome Emails: Send personalized welcome emails to new customers to create a warm and engaging first impression.
• Birthday Emails: Schedule and manage birthday emails to celebrate our customers and strengthen relationships.
Email List Management: Regularly update and maintain email lists and groups to ensure accurate and effective communication.
• Monthly Newsletters: Create, schedule, and send monthly newsletters with relevant updates, news, and promotions.
• Exit/Farewell Emails: Send thoughtful exit or farewell emails to customers to maintain a positive brand impression.
• Curriculum Update Emails: Distribute weekly emails with curriculum updates to keep customers informed and engaged.
• Payment Follow-ups: Reach out to customers when payment issues arise to help them update their information promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
