-Ability to navigate multiple software's
-Work with CST zone hours 9am-5pm, Monday- Friday.

About the company:
Mollies cleaning service is a small residential and commercial cleaning company servicing most of the middle TN area. We’ve been in business since 2018 focusing mostly on residential cleaning and expanding into the commercial space more in the past couple of years. The company is owned and operated by myself and my partner Mollie. We manage day to day operations as well as do some of the cleaning. We pride ourselves in maintaining professionalism, high quality customer service and a welcoming company culture for all team members.

Job description:
-Answering incoming calls, booking new clients, upselling when applicable
-Customer service for existing clients
-Scheduling and employee assistance
-Manage social media and Google my business posting
-Create and maintain systems for efficiency and time management
-Review, qualify and phone interview potential candidates
-Help optimize Booking Koala
-Research requested topics such as competitor pricing or ways we can improve
-Cold calls/ emails to generate leads
