We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant who can provide exceptional organizational, administrative, and social media support while confidently handling outbound communication and other operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across various platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking key performance metrics.
Handle outbound calls, including client follow-ups, appointment setting, and cold outreach as needed.
Create and manage spreadsheets using Excel to track budgets, projects, and reports.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other key documents.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick access to key documents.
Act as a gatekeeper for the executive’s time and workflow, ensuring priorities are addressed efficiently.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Social Media Expertise: Experience in managing social media content, engagement, and tracking performance.
Excel Proficiency: Strong ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with social media management tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with outbound calls in a sales or customer support environment.
Basic knowledge of running paid advertisements on social platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and managing communications.
