We’re a high-growth email marketing agency specializing in DTC e-commerce brands (beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle). We generate millions in revenue for our clients through Klaviyo-powered email & SMS campaigns.

We need a temporary, part-time Account Manager / Team Lead to help run client accounts, manage team workflows, and keep projects moving. This position has the opportunity to transition to full-time within 3 months.

What You’ll Do:
? Own client communication – keep brands updated & happy
? Oversee email marketing execution – ensure flows & campaigns go out on time
? Manage copywriters, designers, and strategists – keep projects on track
? QA email assets & make sure they actually perform (not just look pretty)
? Jump in where needed – strategy, reporting, or troubleshooting

Who You Are:
?? Detail-obsessed, organized, and proactive – you make things happen
?? Have managed client accounts in ecom, email, or digital marketing
?? Know email marketing & Klaviyo (or can learn fast)
?? Can lead a small team and keep workflows smooth
?? Available part-time (20 hrs/week) for the next [3] months
