YouTube video editor

I am looking for someone to do video editing for my YouTube Channel. You need to be proficient at creating thumbnails, using B rolls, creating catchy titles and posting to my channel. The volume will be approximately 8 videos per month. The hourse may grow as the need for more content may also grow.
