About the Role
We are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and
Must be proficient in both Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Retargeting) and
Looking for a data-driven marketer who can analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
Must have experience with ad copywriting, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Trial Structure
One-month paid trial, paid weekly based on performance.
We are hiring multiple candidates for testing (10 hours per week), then keeping the best performers.
After month one, top performers will be working 20 hours per week, with potential to move to full-time.
Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Management
Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Retargeting)
Set up and manage
Ensure all tracking is set up correctly using Google Tag Manager,
Optimization & Performance Tracking
Monitor campaigns daily to adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments
Improve ad creatives, headlines, and descriptions for higher engagement
Audience Research & Targeting
Research and create effective audience segments based on interest, behavior, and lookalike audiences
Optimize for local SEO and geo-targeting for home service businesses
Conversion Tracking & Reporting
Set up and monitor Google Analytics,
Generate weekly reports showing key metrics, trends, and recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve cost per lead (CPL) and ROAS

Requirements
1+ years of experience managing both Google Ads and
Strong understanding of ad account structure, keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategies
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and
Ability to create high-converting ad creatives, headlines, and ad copy
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Preferred Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
Experience with landing page optimization (e.g., Unbounce, ClickFunnels, WordPress)
Knowledge of local SEO and how PPC integrates with organic search strategies
