We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialists to be the backbone of our growing operation. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in supporting our U.S.-based sales and operations teams while working remotely.

Position: Administrative Support Specialist (Independent Contractor)
Hours: 30+ hours per week
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:

Create and close classes in our management system
Coordinate field and gym reservations for soccer programs
Complete event applications for various U.S. locations
Update system communications to internal teams and customers
Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
Utilize GenAI tools to improve efficiency and strengthen communication

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Comfortable working U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with GenAI tools to enhance productivity and communication
Familiarity with youth sports programs or educational institutions
