About the Role:
I need a meticulous QuickBooks Specialist to reconcile and organize my financial records, ensuring they’re accurate, up-to-date, and ready for my CPA to file taxes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for precision.
What You’ll Do:
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and expense accounts in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
• Categorize transactions accurately and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate clean financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) for tax preparation.
• Collaborate with my CPA to clarify/book adjustments as needed.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with tax deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
? Proven experience with QuickBooks (certification a plus, but not required).
? Basic understanding of tax preparation workflows (experience working with CPAs is preferred).
? Sharp attention to detail—no errors allowed!
? Strong English communication skills (to coordinate with me and my CPA).
? Reliable, discreet, and able to meet deadlines.
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly/project-based rate (negotiable based on experience).
