Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM PST (Pacific Time)
Compensation: $700–$900/month (Base) + Up to 25% Bonus on Base
Start Date: ASAP

We are a U.S.-based company with over 20 years in business, launching a new division that provides security solutions for the construction industry. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative, high-quality solutions, and we’re excited to expand into this growing market. We’re looking for a self-starter who can dive in, generate leads, nurture prospects, and schedule appointments that drive real results.

Responsibilities:

-Lead Generation & Research
Use paid subscription services and web-scraping techniques to build targeted lead lists.
Identify decision-makers in the construction industry for potential partnerships or sales.

-Outreach & Follow-Up
Conduct email campaigns and make phone calls using web dialers such as Vumber.
Handle incoming calls from prospects, answer questions, and provide information on our mobile security camera solutions.

-Appointment Setting
Book at least 3 appointments per week for our sales team, aiming for a 50% close rate.
Manage and update appointments in ECPO CRM or HubSpot for efficient follow-up and tracking.

-CRM Management
Keep detailed and accurate records of prospects, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress toward weekly and monthly targets.

-Marketing Support
Assist with digital marketing tasks, such as social media outreach or basic content creation, as needed.
Potential for SEO/PPC: If experienced, help optimize online campaigns to drive inbound leads.

-Daily Communications
Participate in daily Zoom meetings with the team to discuss goals, track progress, and collaborate on strategies.
Communicate via email or chat throughout the day for updates, feedback, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Sales/Marketing Experience: 3+ years in lead generation, telemarketing, or digital marketing roles.
Excellent English Skills: Strong spoken and written communication with minimal accent.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRMs (HubSpot or similar), web scraping tools, Google Workspace, and dialer systems like Vumber.
Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep detailed records.
Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable working with limited oversight and taking initiative to exceed targets.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and online advertising to support digital marketing efforts.

Compensation & Growth:

Base Salary: $700–$900/month (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary for achieving lead generation and appointment-setting milestones.
Long-Term Growth: As this new division scales, top performers can evolve into senior or managerial roles with increased responsibilities and compensation.
