About Us:
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and recovery of individuals
struggling with drug addiction, alcoholism, and smoking. Our mission is to provide support,
counseling, and rehabilitation programs to help individuals regain control of their lives. We rely
on donations and sponsorships to fund our programs, and we are looking for passionate and
results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to help us raise funds for this cause.

Job Responsibilities:
• Cold calling & outreach – Contact potential donors, sponsors, and philanthropists to
present our mission and fundraising goals.
• Lead generation – Identify and qualify prospects who are willing to contribute to our
rehabilitation programs.
• Donor relationship management – Build and maintain strong relationships with donors
through follow-ups, thank-you messages, and updates on program progress.
• Sales & persuasion – Clearly communicate the impact of donations, overcoming
objections, and securing contributions.
• CRM management – Accurately record donor information, interactions, and pledges in
our database.
• Fundraising campaign execution – Support and participate in targeted fundraising
campaigns to maximize outreach and revenue.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the NGO’s marketing and outreach teams to refine
fundraising strategies.

Requirements:
• Proven sales experience (preferably outbound sales, telemarketing, or fundraising)
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills – Ability to connect emotionally with
potential donors
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
• Passion for social causes – Especially in addiction recovery and rehabilitation
• Self-motivated & goal-oriented – Able to meet and exceed fundraising targets
• Experience using CRM systems – (Preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in fundraising, non-profits, or NGOs
• Familiarity with addiction recovery programs and their importance
• Background in customer service or sales-driven roles
