Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting our recruitment services. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, and contributing to our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct outreach via phone,
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Track sales metrics and report on progress to management.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Participate in PAD (Professional Advancement and Development) training programs to enhance your skills and career growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
