Account Management VA

Must read description to be considered:

We're looking for a team member who will help our social media management clients achieve success with our platform. We work on US EST timezone (9am-5pm EST)) and for any of our part-time or full-time roles, you must be available for that period.

Example of day-to-day duties:
- Placing unprompted outbound calls to our active clients to check in our their social media strategy
- Ensuring all clients assigned to you are set up for success (e.g. their Facebook is connected, the client likes the posts we made them, the client has a specific focus for their business, etc)
- Researching a client's account to understand their needs (their needs, their time with us, etc)
- Following up in all channels (voice, chat, email) to communicate with your client
- Using internal tools to satisfy client's requests (asking for a revision, helping connect social accounts, etc)

Ideal Candidate has experience in:
- Sales/Account Management
- Social Media Management
- Working with US clients
- Strong English background
