JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
The Lead Management Specialist will be responsible for handling and processing inbound leads in
the ClientLook CRM system. This includes verifying and entering new contacts, categorizing leads,
assigning them to brokers, and ensuring accurate documentation for follow-up. The role requires
strong attention to detail, CRM proficiency, and a solid understanding of commercial real estate
lead sources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and process incoming leads from various sources (voicemail, Crexi, LoopNet).
• Search ClientLook to check for existing contacts before creating new entries.
• Enter new contacts with complete details, ensuring all required fields are filled.
• Categorize leads by property type and assign them to appropriate brokers.
• Document lead details, including contact info, property interest, and lead source.
• Assign leads to the correct deals and brokers within ClientLook.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in lead entry and notifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably ClientLook.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate listings and lead sources.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
