I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who specializes in eBook creation, marketing, and sales automation to take my project from concept to completion.

The book, titled "How the Pros Find a Hunting Lease," will be sold to sportsmen looking for exclusive hunting land. The ideal candidate should not only have strong eBook publishing experience but also understand how to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline content creation, marketing, and payment processing.

You will be responsible for the entire process—from structuring the book, designing it, publishing it, and setting up automation for sales, marketing, and payment handling.

Responsibilities

? Ensure a professional layout using Canva, Adobe InDesign, or AI-powered design tools.
? Create an eye-catching cover using AI design tools like Midjourney, Canva, or Adobe Firefly.

???? Publishing & Sales Automation:
? Publish the eBook on platforms like Amazon KDP, Gumroad, Payhip, or Shopify.
? Set up automated payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad, or Shopify payments).
? Configure order fulfillment automation (automatic email delivery of purchased eBooks).

???? AI-Powered Marketing & Sales Strategy:
? Create high-converting landing pages using ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, or Leadpages.
? Use AI-driven ad tools (AdCreative.ai, Jasper, Copy.ai) for social media and email marketing copy.
? Automate email marketing campaigns with tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or ConvertKit.
? Use AI-powered chatbots (ManyChat, Chatfuel) for handling customer support and inquiries.
? Set up automated affiliate marketing programs to encourage influencers and partners to promote the book.
? Schedule and automate social media posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Publer.

? Set up Zapier or Make (Integromat) workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
? Connect payment processing, email marketing, and social media posts for a hands-off sales system.
? Ensure real-time tracking of sales and marketing performance with Google Sheets, Airtable, or automation dashboards.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
