Our podcast plays a vital role in this mission, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented content assistant to oversee CE accreditation, regulatory compliance, and content workflows to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

**What You’ll Do**

As the content assistant, you will own the CE accreditation process and ensure FTC/FDA compliance for all podcast content. You’ll work closely with the podcast manager to develop episode materials, coordinate publishing, and maximize content reach across multiple platforms. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to repurpose podcast insights into blog posts, newsletters, and courses.

**Compliance & Accreditation**

- Lead the CE accreditation process to qualify podcast episodes for continuing education.
- Review and edit episodes for FTC/FDA compliance and medical accuracy.
- Ensure all podcast content adheres to industry regulations and Fullscript guidelines.

**Content Development & Repurposing**

- Assist in developing episode outlines and research materials.
- Work with internal teams to repurpose podcast insights for blogs, newsletters, and courses.
- Support social media and PR teams in transforming episodes into shareable content.

**Publishing & Engagement**

- Upload and schedule podcast episodes across all major platforms.
- Track and compile audience engagement data to refine content strategy.
- Provide compliance guidance for marketing teams using podcast content.

**What You Bring**

- Experience with CE accreditation or strong willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of FTC/FDA compliance or ability to review content for regulatory accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in content development, social media, or publishing.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to maximize content reach.
